States of  A1. The Committee received a report prepared by the States of Jersey Complaints Jersey  Board in connection with its findings in respect of a complaint by Mr. R. Ahmad against Complaints  the   Deputy  Chief  Minister,  Senator  L.J.   Farnham  regarding  an  application  for Panel:  residential and employment status under the Control of Housing and Work (Residential complaint of  and Employment Status) (Jersey) Regulations 2013.

Ahmad against  The Committee recalled that, in accordance with Article 9(9) of the Administrative the Deputy  Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 1982, it was required to present the Report to the Chief Minister,  States.

Farnham .  The Committee, having considered the Report, directed the Deputy Greffier of the

States to make the necessary arrangements for its to be presented to the Assembly as soon as practicable.
