Frequency of  A1. The Committee, with reference to Minute No. B3 of 19th July 2021, received and Meetings:  considered a draft Proposition in connection with the frequency of meetings by the States  States Assembly.

Assembly -

Approval for  The Committee noted that the Proposition asked Members to agree that meetings of the lodging  Assembly should in future follow a 3-weekly cycle, with meetings in 2022 held in

accordance with a schedule of dates appended to the Proposition. In order for Members to consider the matter fully, the Committee noted that a schedule of meetings for a 2- weekly cycle had also been included as an appendix.

The Committee approved the draft Proposition and instructed the Principal Committee and Panel Officer to make the necessary arrangements for it to be lodged au Greffe' as soon as practicable.
