The purpose of this Order is to increase the rental and other charges charge for Private Boxes with effect from 1st January 2000 and to make those charges payable on 1st January of each year.

This Amendment revises dues charged in respect of moorings.
The Amendment was made on 7th December 1999 and comes into force on 1st January 2000.

This Amendment revises harbour dues for arriving and departing passengers and imported and exported goods, fuel oil shipped in bulk and vehicles carried on "drive-on/drive-off" ferries.
