This Order revokes the existing requirement in the Companies (Fees) (Jersey) Order 1992 that the receipt of fees under that Order shall be recorded by a stamping machine.
The Order, which was made by the Finance and Economics Committee on the 15th day of November 1999 after consulting the Jersey Financial Services Commission, comes into force on the 1st day of January 2000.
