The purpose of this Order is to increase the basic dispensing fee from 229 pence to 237 pence and, by replacing the Sixth Schedule, to adjust the percentage by which the aggregate amount payable to a supplier, for pharmaceutical benefits supplied, is reduced.
The Order was made on 1st July 1999 and comes into force on 1st October 1999. R & O 9415
The purpose of this Order is to prohibit waiting on certain roads in St. Brelade and prohibit parking on certain roads for a period exceeding 12 hours in any continuous period of 24 hours.
The Order was made on 5th July 1999 and comes into force on 27th July 1999.
