As recommended by the  Public Services  Committee, the purchase  from Mrs. Elizabeth Frances Le Provost, formerly Cousins, née Montier, of an area of land adjacent to the Bunker at l'Etacq, St. Ouen, for the sum of £1,000, with the Committee to be responsible for both parties' reasonable legal fees in relation to this transaction.
