The purpose of this Order is to amend the Island Planning (Fees) (Jersey) Order 1997 to increase the fees payable with applications for permission to develop land.
The fees have been increased by 2½% and then rounded up or down to the nearest whole pound. The fees were last increased on 1st January 2000.
The Order was made on 9th November 2000 and comes into force on 1st January 2001.
