The purpose of this Order is to increase the fee payable to accompany an application for the registration or renewal of registration of a lodging house. The fee of £9.64 per lodging house resident represents an increase of 2.5 per cent on the fee previously charged under Article 4 of the 1962 Order.
The Order was made on 6th November 2000 and comes into force on 1st January 2001.
