The effect of this Order is to increase the standard prescription charge for a pharmaceutical benefit from £1.85 to £1.95 per item. It also increases from 60p to 65p per item the charge for a pharmaceutical benefit that may be supplied for up to 90 days on a medical prescription. The increases will apply from 1st October 2001.
The Order was made on 20th September 2001 and comes into force on 1st October 2001. R & O 135/2001
This Order allows the Jersey Motor Cycle and Light Car Club to hold motor races on public roads in the parishes of Saint Martin, Saint Saviour, Saint Peter, Saint Ouen, Saint Brelade, Trinity and Saint John, on 19th and 20th October 2001.
The roads, and the dates and times at which they may be closed and used for those purposes, are specified in the Schedule to the Order.
The Order was made by the Home Affairs Committee on 20th September 2001, after consultation with the Public Services Committee.
