R & O 52/2001
The purpose of this Order is to prohibit the importation of certain animals and products from the Republic of Ireland during the present outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease and to require other measures to be taken.
The Order was made on 22nd March 2001 and came into force forthwith. R & O 53/2001
The purpose of this Order, which replaces the existing Order, is to increase certain dues in respect of aircraft carrying passengers.
The fee for each arriving passenger carried is increased from £7.52 to £7.63 for the longer routes and from £4.92 to £4.99 for the shorter routes.
The fee for the provision of passenger-searching facilities in respect of passengers arriving from outside the Channel Islands is increased from £1.45 a passenger to £1.99 a passenger.
The Order was made on 23rd March 2001 and comes into force on 1st April 2001.
