R & O 24/2002

The purpose of this Order is to prohibit the cutting down or destruction of an oak tree in the Parish of Grouville without the consent of the Planning and Environment Committee.

The Order was made on 21st March 2002 and came into force forthwith. R & O 25/2002

This Order prohibits the cutting down or destruction of eight trees in St. Helier without the consent of the Planning and Environment Committee.

The purpose of this Order is to approve the code of agricultural practice set out in the Schedule to the Order, for the purposes of the Water Pollution (Jersey) Law 2000.

The Order was made by the Public Services Committee on the 25th day of March 2002. It has immediate effect, but will expire after two years unless renewed.
