This Order increases the fee for the cremation for a person above the age of seventeen years from £162 to £178. There is no fee for the cremation of a person below that age.
The maximum fee chargeable by a registered medical practitioner for completing a required medical certificate is increased from £39 to £41.

The purpose of this Order is to increase from £82 to £84 the application fee for an annual licence to use a vehicle or stall for the sale or preparation for sale of ice-cream.

The purpose of this Order is to increase the fees payable in respect of the licensing of nursing agencies. The fee payable on a first application for a licence is increased from £198 to £203. The fee payable for renewal of a licence is increased from £98 to £100. The fee payable on transfer of a licence to different premises is increased from £78.00 to £80.00. The fees were last increased on 1st January 2002.

The purpose of this Order is to increase the fee payable by a person carrying on a residential home on first registration from £136 to £139 and the annual renewal fee from £69 to £71.
