The President of the Home Affairs Committee will seek leave to defer consideration of the Draft Motor Traffic (No. 9) (Jersey) Regulations 200- (P.155/2002) lodged "au Greffe" on 10th September 2002 from the present meeting to a later date.

THE STATES are asked to agree to consider the following matter lodged "au Greffe" at their next meeting to be held on 8th October 2002 -

agreement and lease.

Senator S. Syvret, in accordance with Standing Order 47, will seek the leave of the Bailiff to move a proposition that Standing Order 28(1) (Anticipation) be suspended to allow the States to be able to agree that the following item be considered at the next meeting -
