The purpose of this Order is to increase the weekly and daily hospital charges for long-stay patients over the age of 65 from £334 to £347.90 and from £47 to £49.70 respectively. The charges were last increased on 1st July 2002.
The Order was made on 23rd September 2002 and comes into force on 1st October 2002.
