Deputy G.C.L. Baudains of St. Clement will ask the following question of the President of the Harbours and Airport Committee –

" W ould the President advise members –

(a) w  h at progress has been made to date regarding the review of the New North Quay fencing arising from P.163/2002, which was withdrawn following an undertaken by the Harbours and Airport Committee that it would consider the matter further?

( b ) w  h e th er the Committee accepts that the New North Quay is now inconvenient for boat owners

resulting in limited use, and inform members whether there has been a consequential unacceptable increase in the use of the La Folie area by boat owners?"

Deputy G.P. Southern of St. Helier will ask the following questions of the President of the Housing Committee –

" 1 . Would the President –

" 1 . Would the President inform members-

1. whether the Committee has a policy relating to the provision ofpavementsalong main roadswherenone currently exist, and, if so,what this policy is?
2. whether the UrbanRenewal fund couldbedrawnonby the Parish of St. Clement, and not just by the Parish of St. Helierashas been the case in more recent years, for such matters asimproved road safety, given the increasing urbanisation in St. Clement? If so, would the President state what process is required to accessthose funds?

2 . W ould the President inform members whether the Environment and Public Services Committee has any

plans to split itself back into two Committees in advance of the split back into two Ministries already agreed by the States, and if so, when will this occur?"
