" W ould the President advise members –
(a) w h at progress has been made to date regarding the review of the New North Quay fencing arising from P.163/2002, which was withdrawn following an undertaken by the Harbours and Airport Committee that it would consider the matter further?
( b ) w h e th er the Committee accepts that the New North Quay is now inconvenient for boat owners
resulting in limited use, and inform members whether there has been a consequential unacceptable increase in the use of the La Folie area by boat owners?"
