R&O 131/2003

The purpose of this Order is to increase from £41 to £42 the fee for a medical certificate required by the Cremation (Jersey) Law 1953. The fee has increased by 2.5% and was last increased on 1st January 2003.

This Order was made on 24th November 2003, and comes into force on 1st January 2004. R&O 132/2003

The purpose of this Order is to increase from £84 to £86 the annual fee for a licence to operate a vehicle or a stall for the sale or production of ice-cream.

R&O 133/2003

The purpose of this Order is to increase –

  1. f rom £36 to £36.50 the fee for thefirstenrolment or entry, orthe restoration, of a person'sname on the roll or record of ancillary dental workers; and,
  2. f rom £21 to £21.50 the fee for retaining a person'sname on that roll or record.

The fees have increased by 2.5% and were last increased on 1st January  2003.

This Order was made on 24th November 2003, and comes into force on 1st January  2004.

The purpose of this Order is to increase –

  1. f rom £203 to £208 the fee for the first application for a licence tocarry on a nursing agency;
  2. f rom £100 to £102.50 the fee forrenewalof a licence to carry on a nursing agency;and,
  3. f rom £80 to £82 the fee to transfer to different premises a licence to carry on a nursing agency.

The fees have increased by 2.5% and were last increased on 1st January 2003.

This Order was made on 24th November 2003, and comes into force on 1st January 2004.

The purpose of this Order is to increase

  1. f rom £139 to £142.50the fee for the first registration ofthecarryingonby a person of a nursing home;
  2. f rom £71 to £72.75 the annualrenewal fee for the carrying on of a nursing home; and,
  3. f rom £59 to £60.50 the registration fee for a person inchargeof a nursing homewho is notcarrying on the home.

The fees have increased by 2.5% and were last increased on 1st January 2003.

This Order was made on 24th November 2003 and comes into force on 1st January 2004.

The purpose of this Order is to increase –

  1. f rom £139 to£142.50 the fee for the first registration of the carrying onby a personof a mental nursing home;
  2. f rom £71 to £72.75 the annualrenewal fee for the carrying on of a mental nursing home; and,
  3. f rom £59 to £60.50 the registration fee for a person in charge of a mental nursing homewhoisnot carrying on the home.

The fees have increased by 2.5% and were last increased on 1st January 2003.
