The purpose of this Order is to increase the charges for accommodation, meals and other non-clinical benefits for long-stay patients over the age of 65 from £347.90 to £362.60 per week and from £49.70 to £51.80 per day. The charges were last increased on 1st October 2002.
The Order was made on 22nd September 2003, and comes into force on 1st October 2003. R&O 92/2003
These Rules, which replace the Public Library (Jersey) Rules 1980, provide for the running of the Jersey Library and the conduct of users.
