Senator E.P. Vibert will ask a question of the President of the Finance and Economics Committee regarding the financial arrangements with Connex Limited in respect of the provision of a local bus service.
Senator E.P. Vibert will ask a question of the President of the Environment and Public Services Committee regarding the methodology used to estimate the revenue generated by Connex Limited in respect of the provision of a local bus service.
*Note - These questions were correctly submitted to the Greffier of the States by Senator E.P. Vibert within the required notice period for the meeting of 8th July 2003. However, due to circumstances beyond his control, the questions could not be processed in time to be included on the principal Order Paper. The Bailiff has, therefore, agreed that the questions should be listed for 15th July 2003, which is a continuation of the meeting for which they were submitted.
