This Order increases the charges for non-clinical benefits for long-stay patients over the age of 65 to £380.10 per week and £54.30 per day with effect from 1st December 2004. This represents an increase of approximately 4.8% since the fees were last increased, on 1st October 2003.
The Order was made on 15th November 2004, and comes into force on 1st December 2004.
