These Building Bye-laws, which replace the existing Bye-laws, amend provisions in respect of –
- t he fitting ofwindows and doors;
- c ombustion appliances and fuel storage systems;
- d rainage, hygiene andwaterstorage;
- r esistance to the passage ofsound; and
- c onservationof fuel and power.

The purpose of this Order is to allow the Jersey Kart and Motor Club to close the Ronez road loop in St. John, between 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on each of the Sundays specified in the Schedule to the Order, for the purpose o holding motor races with karts.

The purpose of this Order is recast the fee structure for applications under Article 39A of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, for licences to operate vehicles that do not comply with orders under that Law about their construction and use.
