R&O 99/2004
Article 1 amends the Health Insurance (Pharmaceutical Benefit) (General Provisions) (No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2002 to increase from £1.95 to £2.10 the amount, specified in Article 7(5), of the prescription charge generally payable for a substance provided to an insured person, or a dependent of an insured person, by a pharmacist; and increases from 65 p to 70 p the amount of the prescription charge payable instead by such persons to whom Article 7(6) or (7) applies. These amounts have not been increased since 2002.
Article 2 specifies how the Order may be cited and that the Order will come into force on 1st October 2004. The Order was made on 10th September 2004.
