- as recommendedby the EnvironmentandPublicServicesCommittee, the sub-leaseto Paul DavisFreight Services Limited from AvoShocks International of Unit 5,LaRueGosset,La Collette, St. Helier, for a period of nine years from a date tobe agreed, at an annual rent of £42,000, with the remainingterms to be those containedin the head lease between thepublicand the Head Lessee, on the basis that the head lessee would be responsible for meeting any reasonable legal and surveyorsfees arising from the transaction;
- as recommendedbytheEconomicDevelopmentCommittee, the lease to Mr.Richard John Baudains,ofLa Pépinière Farm, LaRuedeCrabbé, St. Mary,ofFields Nos. 330 and 331, St. Mary (required forthe grazing of cattle)at an annual rent of £225, with the lease beingdeemedto have commenced upon the completion of the contract for a period of three years, on the basis that eachparty was to be responsible for its ownlegal costs arising from the transaction;
