The President of the Health and Social Services Committee will table an answer to a question asked by Deputy R.G. Le Hérissier of St. Saviour regarding outstanding matters raised by a complainant.

Le Hérissier within the required notice period for the meeting of 23rd November 2004; however, due to circumstances beyond his control, the question could not be processed in time to be included on the principal Order Paper.

The effect of this Order is to impose on a permanent basis the following one-way traffic requirements in Halkett Place –
- b etweenBeresford Street and Burrard Street, in the direction from Beresford Street towards Burrard Street ; and
- b etween Beresford Streetand Hill Street, in the direction from Beresford Street towards Hill Street.
These replace temporary requirements which have now expired.
The present Order was made by the Environment and Public Services Committee on 18th November 2004, after consultation with the Connétable of Saint Helier, and comes into force on 19th November 2004.
