In accordance with Standing Order 22(3), the President of the Privileges and Procedures Committee has instructed the Greffier of the States to withdraw paragraph (b) of the proposition regarding the Meetings of the States in 2005, (P.181/2004 lodged "au Greffe" on  26th  October  2004),  and  set  down  for  consideration  at  the  present  meeting,  the President having given notice that that he will, therefore, ask the States to consider paragraph (a) and the associated amendment only.

THE STATES are asked to agree that the following matter lodged "au Greffe" be considered at their next meeting on 23rd November 2004 -

This Order increases the fees charged for private day boxes, for redirecting post, for business reply licences and for retention of mail by up to 2.5% with effect from 1st January 2005. Most of these fees were last increased a year earlier.

The Order was made on 4th November 2004, and comes into force on 1st January 2005.
