R&O 42/2004
This Order prescribes the fees to be paid under the Shipping (Jersey) Law 2002.
The Order was made on 12th May 2004, and comes into force on the same day as the Shipping (Jersey) Law 2002.
R&O 43/2004
The purpose of this Order is –
- t o provide for a systemofsurveysand periodical inspectionsfor Jersey registered fishing vessels;
- t o regulate the construction of fishing vessels; and,
- t o specify in relation to fishing vessels requirements for life saving appliances and certain other equipment.
The provisions of this Order replace, without substantial amendment, the provisions of the Fishing Vessels (Safety Provisions) (Jersey) Regulations 2003.
The Order was made on 12th May 2004, and will come into force on the same date as Articles 83 and 84 of the Shipping (Jersey) Law 2002.

As recommended by the Environment and Public Services Committee, the cession from Millbrook Crescent Limited of an area of land, (measuring 33.88 square metres / 365 square feet), adjacent to Millbrook Manor and adjoining La Route de St. Aubin at Coronation Park, St. Helier, (as shown on Public Services Department Drawing No. RF001), required for road widening purposes, including the construction of a central pedestrian refuge, for a consideration of £365, on the basis that the Committee would also meet the cost of the works to be undertaken and would be responsible for the payment of the legal fees of Millbrook Crescent Limited up to a maximum of £1,500.
