This Order specifies the provisions of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, the Limited Partnerships (Jersey) Law 1994, the Limited Liability Partnerships (Jersey) Law 1997 and the Registration of Business Names (Jersey) Law 1956 under which documents that are required to be provided to the Registrar may be provided electronically or under which documents may be kept, or made available for inspection, electronically. It also specifies provisions under which the Registrar may provide certain certificates electronically.
The Order was made on 5th May 2005, and comes into force on 12th May 2005.
