R&O 43/2006
This Order increases the fees for licences to keep petroleum spirit by about 8% since they were last set (on 12th April 2001).
This Order was made on 12th May 2006, and comes into force seven days later. R&O.44/2006
The effect of this Order is to set out the requirements for a notice that must be displayed, and permanently affixed, on a vending machine that sells tobacco. The requirement to display, and permanently affix, a notice on such a vending machine arises from Regulation 5 of the Restriction on Smoking (Vending Machines) (Jersey) Regulations 2006. A person who displays, or causes to be displayed, the notice that is required by those Regulations must ensure that the notice complies with this Order. The size of the notice, the words to be stated in it and the print size of the words are set out in the Schedule.
The Order was made on 15th May 2006, and comes into force on the same day as the Restriction on Smoking (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2006 comes into force.
