R&O 34/2006
This Order adds 2 areas to the existing area along Le Mont Cambrai along which waiting is prohibited; and extends by 5 metres two of the areas along La Route de St Aubin in which waiting is prohibited.
The Order was made on 19th April 2006 and comes into force 7 days after it is made. R&O 35/2006
This Order amends the Community Provisions (Control of Exports of Dual-Use Items and Technology) (Application) (Jersey) Regulations 2002 by adding a reference to Council Regulation (EC) 394/2006. The 2002 Regulations apply Council Regulation (EC) No. 1334/2000 to the law of Jersey to the same extent as the Council Regulation applies in the United Kingdom. The Council Regulation has been amended by Council Regulation (EC) 394/2006 and that amendment consists of replacing the Annexes to the Regulation. This amendment to the 2002 Regulations is required in order to reflect the change to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1334/2000. References to some of the previous amendments to Council Regulation (EC) 1334/2000 made by other Council Regulations have been removed from the 2002 Regulations as their effect has been superseded by Council Regulation (EC) 394/2006.
This Order was made on 21st April 2006 and comes into force on 28th April 2006.
