This Order prescribes money service business to be a business in relation to which a person may be registered and prescribes what shall be specified on a certificate issued in relation to such a person. It shall come into force 7 days after it is made.

This Order prescribes the fees for the registration of a person as entitled to carry on money service business. It shall come into force 7 days after it is made.

This Order sets out various exemptions to the requirement that a person carrying on money service business shall be registered under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law  1998. It shall come into force on the same day as the Financial Services (Amendment of Law) (Jersey) Regulations 2007.

This Order increases by 2.5% the fee payable for the registration, or the renewal of the registration, of premises as a place of refreshment.

This Order sets out general provisions for awarding discretionary grants and paying allowances to students over compulsory school age.

This Order increases the remuneration of Royal Court Commissioners to £748 per day with effect from 1st April 2007 and to £755 per day with effect from 1st November 2007.

This Order sets out the requirements for the Jersey International Air Display to be held on 13th September 2007. The Order shall come into force immediately.

This Order replaces the Diseases of Animals (Foot and Mouth- Restrictions No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2007. It prohibits the importation into Jersey of animals and animal products, where the importation is either prohibited, or not in accordance with restrictions imposed by, Commission Decision 2007/554/EEC, as amended on 23rd August 2007. The Order continues in force powers of disinfection, and of seizure and detention of animals and animal products the importation of which is prohibited.

The Order was made on 24th August 2007 and came into force on 25th August 2007. R&O 106/2007.

This Order increases, from 1st January 2008, the fees for registration of hotels, guest houses, self-catering accommodation, youth hostels, holiday camps and camp sites. The fees for registration of accommodation other than hotels are increased by, on average, 2.45%. A single fee rate for registration of hotels replaces the variable rate formerly based upon the grading of the premises. Although the single fee represents, on average, an increase of 8% on the fee payable in 2007, the 2007 fee itself was reduced below the variable fee payable in 2006. The single fee now set for 2008 is, on average, 4.5% less than the variable fee payable in 2006.
