This Order replaces the Community Provisions (Implementation of the mandate of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia) (Jersey) Order 2004.
It imposes certain restrictive measures in support of the effective implementation of the mandate of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
