This Order allows the Jersey Motor Cycle and Light Car Club to hold motor races on public roads in various parts of the Island on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th October 2007. In addition provision is made allowing for additional restrictions on other public places in connection with the use of Victoria Avenue for a race on 12th October to mark the Club's 25th Anniversary. The details of the road closures and other restrictions are set out in the Order.
The Order was made by the Minister for Transport and Technical Services on 21st September 2007 and came into force on being made.
