This Order prevents commercial vehicles of any size waiting on any part of le Chemin des Pietons. It also introduces prohibitions on waiting, for any vehicles, on part of that road and on La Route de la Baie, and alters the existing prohibitions for La Neuve Route and Le Mont ès Croix.

The Order was made on 1st November 2007 and comes into force on 15th November 2007. R&O.138/2007.

This Order would increase, with effect from 1st January 2008, the earnings limit above which a person's monthly earnings are disregarded in calculating Class 1 contributions under the Social Security (Jersey) Law 1974.

The increase would be from £3,242 to £3,394, or 4.6% from one year to the next.

The Order was made on 2nd November 2007 and comes into force on 1st January 2008.
