This Order amends the definition "financial services company" in the Income Tax (Jersey) Law 1961, consequentially upon the enactment of amendments to the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 which provides for certain service providers in relation to certain collective investment funds to be regulated under that Law instead of under the Collective Investment Funds (Jersey) Law 1988.

The Order was made on 19th May 2008 and came into force on 26th May 2008.
