Urgent Oral Question

In accordance with Standing Order 15 relating to Urgent Oral Questions, the Bailiff has approved the following question to the Minister for Home Affairs submitted by Deputy S.S.P.A. Power of St. Brelade -

" C an the Minister confirm whether the States of Jersey Police have received a complaint from a candidate in the St Helier No 2 poll and what investigations into voting irregularities in any Deputies elections are being carried out?"
