This Order gives effect in Jersey to Council Regulation 1167/2008. That Council Regulation replaces the annexes to Council Regulation 1334/2000 which is given effect in Jersey by the Community Provisions (Control of Exports of Dual-Use Items and Technology) (Application) (Jersey) Regulations 2002. The annexes list dual-use items and technology to which export controls apply.

The Order was made on 1st April 2009 and came into force on 8th April 2009. R&O.34/2009.

This Order implements Chapter V of the SOLAS Convention in respect of Jersey ships, wherever they are, and in respect of other ships while in Jersey waters.

The Order was made on 2nd April 2009 and comes into force on 1st July 2009.

This Order provides for a revised form of prescription to have effect from 1st May 2009. The Order was made on 8th April 2009 and comes into force on 1st May 2009.

(c ) A further 1,000 families will see benefit cuts averaging £200 per week over the period of this
