The Deputy of St. Mary has agreed that a written answer can now be tabled by the Minister for Planning and Environment to the following question which was submitted as an oral question on the Principal Order Paper –

The object of this Order to allow the closure of streets in St. Helier for the holding of the Town Criterium cycle event on Sunday 24th May 2009. The Order also sets out for that event certain variations of the usual arrangements for one-way traffic in town and other ancillary provisions.
The Order was made on 8th May 2009 and comes into force on being made.
