This Order extends the transitional period during which certain things done or not done by an exempt specified Schedule 2 business (that is, a business within certain categories referred to in Part A of Schedule 2 to the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law 1999) are taken not to contravene Article 10(1) of that Law.
The Order was made on 11th June 2009 and comes into force forthwith. R&O.54/2009.
This Order makes La Rosière Car Park, Corbière, a public parking place for which the maximum parking period allowed is 12 hours in any period of 24 hours, and alters the permitted parking in St. Pete'sr Parish Hall Car Park, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday, to a maximum parking period of 3 hours, using a parking disc.
The Order was made on 12th June 2009 and comes into force on 19th June 2009.

This Order amends the Road Traffic (St. Ouen) (Jersey) Order 1979 (the"principal Order").
Article 2 amends Article 5 of the principal Order so as to prohibit any vehicle more than 6 feet 6 inches wide from being driven in any road specified in Part 2 of Schedule 3 unless the vehicle is being driven to access premise along that road or is engaged in road sweeping or gully cleaning. Article 4 inserts Part 2 into Schedule 3.
Article 3 amends Schedule 2 to theprincipal Order by adding a further road where waiting is prohibited. Article 5 sets out the title of the Order and provides that it comes into force 7 days after it is made.
The Order was made on 12th June 2009 and comes into force on 19th June 2009.
