This Order restricts parking in the parking bays on La  Rue Hamel to 12  hours in any 24  hours. The Order was made on 23rd April 2010 and came into force on 30th April 2010.

R&O.40/2010.

This Order replaces the Competition (Mergers and Acquisitions) (Jersey) Order  2005.

The effect of the Order is that certain acquisitions of undertakings will no longer need the prior approval of the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority.

This applies where the undertaking being acquired has no existing interest in Jersey or where its interest in Jersey is not being acquired.

The Order was made on 27th April 2010 and came into force on 4th May 2010, 7  days after it was made. R&O.41/2010.

This Order specifies qualifications, and proof of qualifications, that a person must have in order to be registered as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician, and the information to be contained in the register of pharmacists and pharmacists kept by the Minister for Health and Social Services. It further specifies the information to be provided annually by registered pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians to the Minister.

The Order further makes transitional arrangements for pharmacists. A person whose name, immediately before 16th May  2010, is on the list of pharmacists kept by the Royal Court and satisfies the requirements for registration specified in this Order, has 4 months from that date in which to apply for registration under the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians (Registration) (Jersey) Law  2010 and in accordance with the detailed requirements of this Order.

The Order was made on 28th April 2010 and comes into force on 16th May 2010.

Ministerial Decision from its inception to its appearance on the gov.je website?

C a n he explain to members why there has been a massive reduction in the number of decisions published on

the website by each Department compared with the old Committee system of "Acts" published along with the accompanying reasons or briefing papers?

H as "Livelink" reduced the information available to scrutiny and the public rather than increasing

accessibility and accountability, as it was expected to do?

W ith set up and hardware costs at over £2million and annual running costs of £131,000 for the licence alone, does the Minister consider the system to be an efficient alternative to the Committee Clerks it replaced?"
