This  Order amends  the Schedule  to the  Taxation  (Exchange of Information with  Third  Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008 by specifying 5th May 2010 as the date on which the tax information exchange agreement between Jersey and Ireland came into force.

The Order was made on 24th May 2010 and came into force forthwith. R&O.51/2010.

This Order allows the Classic and Vintage Motor Racing Club of Jersey Limited to close certain roads in St.  Ouen's Bay, Westmount, Mount Bingham and West Park, for road racing events and an entertainment on 4th, 5th and 6th June 2010.

This Order amends Schedule  2 to the Misuse of Drugs (Jersey) Law 1978, to reclassify the controlled drug mephedrone from Class  C to Class  B for the purpose of Article  3 of the Law.

This Order amends the Bee Diseases Control (Jersey) Order 1992 so as to enable the Minister for Planning and Environment to declare an infected area where the presence of American foul brood or European foul brood is confirmed.

"Will the Minister provide members with a report, in advance of the debate on the appointment of the new Chief Officer of the States of Jersey Police, which includes the extracts from the Wiltshire Report into the Abuse Inquiry which address the key issues relating to the suspension of the former Chief Officer, for example in relation to the skull/coconut issue. Full details of all interviews and statements made by the then Senior Investigating Officer on the key issues should be included in chronological order, so that members can evaluate this whole matter for themselves?"
