Deputy P.V.F. Le Claire of St. Helier has decided to withdraw the following oral question of
the Minister for Health and Social Services –
" Given the recent tragic death of a baby boy in Jersey due to persistent pulmonary
hypertension, a condition which affects one in 500 births and may have been averted if nitric oxide was administered, what steps, if any, are being taken to ensure that there are supplies of nitric oxide and a trained administrator in the General Hospital from now on?"
The following oral question was shown incorrectly on the principal Order Paper as being directed to the Minister for Economic Development when it should have been to the Chief Minister –
1. The Deputy of St. John will ask the following question of the Chief Minister –
" Ho w secure is the States computer system and access to the various data bases and have there been any breaches over the last 3 years through the loss or theft of equipment holding confidential information?"
