Explanatory Note regarding subordinate legislation tabled at this meeting. (See Item B)
R&O.55/2011.
The object of this Order is to change the fee for an application for planning permission in relation to dwellings that are part of multiple-dwelling developments from £8.50 to £7.00 per square metre of floor area created. The higher fee, set out in the Planning and Environment (2011 Fees) (Jersey) Order 2011, would have taken effect on 2nd May 2011 if that Order had not been amended before that date by this Order.
The Order was made on 28th April 2011 and came into force immediately.
