R&O.85/2012.

The effect of this Order is to provide for a £25.00 increase in the value of the Food Costs Bonus (the "bonus") for 2012. The bonus for 2011 (effective from 1st July 2011), set at £193.36 in Regulation 5(1) of the Food Costs Bonus (Jersey) Regulations 2011, will now rise to £218.36.

Article 1 is the interpretation provision.
