This Order allows the Jersey Motor Cycle and Light Car Club (the "Club") to hold motor rallies on 9 courses (involving 8 parishes) on Thursday 11th October, Friday 12th October and Saturday 13th October 2012.

The Order also allows the Club to close lay-bys and suspend parking along a section of Victoria Avenue and in certain adjacent roads for purposes connected with the race on that particular course.

The Order was made on 21st September 2012 and came into force immediately upon being made.
