This Order gives effect in Jersey to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 137/2013 of 18th February 2013 (O.J. No. L 46, 19.2.2013, p. 19) amending Council Regulation (EC) No. 329/2007 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The Commission Implementing Regulation amends the list of persons, entities and bodies whose funds and economic resources are frozen.

The Order was made on 22nd February 2013 and came into force on 23rd February 2013. R&O.27/2013.

This Order specifies the dates and times in 2013 when the Sorel Point loop road (as defined in Article 1(2)) may be closed by the Jersey Kart and Motor Club to public traffic and used by the Club for kart races and practices for races.

The Order was made on 22nd February 2013 and came into force on being made.

Does he accept that the presence of TUPE style legislation would have enabled a smooth transfer of staff from Connex to CT Plus on "the same terms and conditions as apply at the date of issue of any tender documentation"  as agreed by the  Environment and  Public  Services Committee on 30th August 2005, in its response to the Committee of Inquiry into the award of the bus services contract and, if so, will he act promptly to bring forward TUPE style proposals as a matter of some urgency to prevent such difficulties following transfer of undertakings in the future?"
