This Order gives effect to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 915/2013 of 23 September 2013 (OJ L 252, 24.9.2013, p. 23). That Regulation amends Council Regulation (EC) No. 314/2004 concerning certain restrictive measures in respect of Zimbabwe, by removing the Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation from the list in Annex III of entities whose funds are frozen.

The Order also gives effect to Council Regulation (EU) No. 517/2013 (OJ L 158, 10.6.2013, p. 1), which added a website for Croatia to the list of websites of competent authorities in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No. 314/2004.

The Order was made on 23rd October 2013 and came into force on 24th October 2013. R&O.138/2013.

This Order increases the fee payable on an application to register or renew the registration of a lodging house. From 1st December 2013 the fee will be £13.00 multiplied by the maximum number of persons proposed to be lodged, except for children under the age of 5 years, where the fee does not apply.

The fee was last increased on 1st December 2012, when the amount to be multiplied was set at £12.67. The fee of £13.00 represents a 2.5% increase on the fee set for 2012.

The Order was made on 24th October 2013 and will come into force on 1st December 2013. R&O.139/2013.

This Order increases, with effect from 1st April 2014, the hourly rate of the minimum wage. Article 1 amends Article 2 of the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007 to substitute the amounts of the hourly rates which may be paid to (respectively) an employee, a trainee, or a trainee who has completed 12 months' approved training. Article 2 provides for the citation of this Order, and for its commencement.

The Order was made on 25th October 2013 and comes into force on 1st April 2014. R&O.140/2013.

Article 1 amends the Schedule to the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008 by amending the date upon which the tax information exchange agreement between Jersey and France came into force, this date being 11th October 2010.

Article 2 sets out the title of this Order and provides that it will come into force forthwith. The Order was made on 31st October 2013 and came into force on being made.
