This Order sets fees for the grant of authorizations and issue of certificates by the Minister for Planning and Environment under Council Regulation (EC) No. 1/2005 of 22nd December 2004 on the protection of animals during transport and related operations.
The Order was made on 16th January 2014 and comes into force on 6th February 2014.
