24th November 2014 Note –

An asterix * in the left-hand margin denotes either a new item added to this Order Paper since the principal Order Paper was published on 20th November 2014, or an item which has been moved or

re-issued.

Explanatory Note regarding subordinate legislation tabled at this meeting. (See Item B)

R&O.179/2014.

The purpose of this Order is to amend Schedules 1 and 4 to the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2000 (the "Law"), so as to add the scientific name of another species of common toad in order to afford that species protection under the Law.

The Order was made on 17th November 2014 and came into force on 24th November 2014. R&O.180/2014.

This Order gives permanent effect to road traffic restrictions in St. Helier that were brought in on a temporary basis using other powers. The changes make part of Hue Street drivable one way only and restrict a left hand turn from La Route du Fort into St. Clement 's Road and a right hand turn from La Route de St. Aubin into Farley's Lane. Waiting is prohibited in La Rue de Carteret and La Rue de l'Etau and in an additional section of Vallée des Vaux. One hour paycard parking is extended to a further section of Grosvenor Street and the use of the unloading bay in La Motte Street is restricted from 5 a.m. till 11 a.m. instead of till 6 p.m. as before.

The Order was made on 24th November 2014 and came into force on 25th November 2014. R&O.181/2014.

This Order amends the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006 and the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places – Charges) (Jersey) Order 2010 (the "Orders").

It re-names the upper level parking place in the Red Houses Car Park as "upper level North" and adds a new "upper level South" parking place. The new upper level South parking place is restricted between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday to a maximum total parking period of 1 hour.

The St. Brelade 's Church car park parking restriction period is altered so that the maximum parking period is now restricted to a total period of 12 hours in any continuous period of 24 hours.

It removes all entries for the Hue Street Car Park from both Orders.

The Order comes into force 7 days after it is made.

The Order was made on 24th November 2014 and comes into force on 1st December 2014.
