This Order adds the names of 3 organizations to the list of organizations that are proscribed under the Terrorism (Jersey) Law 2002. The organizations are –

Ajnad Misr (Soldiers of Egypt)

Ansar al-Sharia-Benghazi (AAS-B) (which translates as the Partisans of Islamic Law)

Jaysh al Khalifatu Islamiya (JKI) (which translates as the Army of the Islamic Caliphate and as the Majahideen of the Caucasus and the Levant).

The Order was made on 15th January 2015 and came into force on 16th January 2015.

This Order increases the charges made by the Jersey Fire and Rescue Service for providing technical fire safety advice, humanitarian services and attending a malfunctioning automatic fire alarm. The increase in charges made by this Order varies between 2 and 2.9% from the charges set a year ago.
