This Order sets the fees payable in respect of an approval, certificate, licence, permission, validation, examination, test, inspection or investigation provided for under the Air Navigation (Jersey) Law 2014.
Article 2 provides for the citation of the Order and for it to come into force the day after it is made. The Order was made on 15th October 2015 and came into force on 16th October 2015.

This Order amends the EU Legislation (Sanctions – Syria) (Jersey) Order 2014, to give effect to Council Regulation (EU) 2015/1828 of 12 October 2015 (OJ L 266, 13.10.2015, p. 1) amending Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Syria. The effect is to expand the categories of persons, entities and bodies whose funds are frozen (unless there is sufficient information that they are not, or are no longer, associated with the regime or do not exercise influence over it or do not pose a risk of circumvention) and to provide them with the opportunity to present evidence and observations as to why they should not be designated.
The Order was made on 15th October 2015 and came into force on 16th October 2015.
