This Order specifies in the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008 –
22nd September 2014 as the date of the coming into force of the tax information exchange agreement between Indonesia and Jersey;
26th January 2015 as the date of the coming into force of the tax information exchange agreement between Italy and Jersey; and
13th February 2015 as the date of the coming into force of the tax information exchange agreement between Hungary and Jersey.

The amendments made by this Order to the EU Legislation (Sanctions – Democratic Republic of the Congo) (Jersey) Order 2014 give effect to Council Regulation (EU) 2015/613 of 20th April 2015 (OJ L 102/3, 21.4.2015) which as at 22nd April 2015 –
- amends Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 which imposes certain specific restrictive measures directed against persons acting in violation of the arms embargo with regard to the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The main effects of the amendments are to –
- amend, in line with the United Nations Security Council Resolution 2198 (2015), the scope of designation of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures; and
- integrate the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 889/2005;
- repeals Regulation (EC) No 889/2005.
The Order was made on 27th April 2015 and came into force on 28th April 2015.

This Order adds to the list of Parties specified in the Schedule to the Taxation (Implementation) (Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters) (Jersey) Regulations 2014 the following Parties –
Belgium, Cyprus, Hungary, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Russia.
This Order also adds to those Regulations the dates on which the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters entered into force in respect of those Parties.
The Order was made on 27th April 2015 and comes into force on 1st August 2015.

"Can the Chief Minister –
- outline the portfolio of each Minister and how this is supported by Assistant Ministers;
- itemise the annual cost of each Ministerial Department, including support of the Assistant Minister(s) to take into account the cost of:
- office space (rental);
- secretarial/administrative support;
- direct officer support (giving the number and grades of the officers involved);
- IT support;
- telephone costs;
- travel costs;
- provide the whole budget for supporting Ministerial Government expressed in the same way as the allocation to Scrutiny is shown in the States Assembly accounts and indicate whether this budget can be identified in the States accounts and, if so, how?

- The Chief Minister will table an answer to the following question asked by Deputy S.Y. Mézec of St. Helier –
"Could the Chief Minister, in his capacity as Chairman of the States Employment Board, provide a breakdown of the salaries paid to each of the Law Officers over the past 5 years? Will he further provide specific details of the revised pay and rewards scheme referenced in the Resources Statement to the Strategic Plan including, if possible, details of how much in salaries will be paid to the Law Officers in the foreseeable future?"
- The Chief Minister will table an answer to the following question asked by the Connétable of Grouville –
"Will the Chief Minister give an estimate of the number of LEAN initiatives that have been carried out across States Departments and an estimate of how much money has been saved by those initiatives? Furthermore will he give the 5 best examples of those initiatives that have been introduced and how much money has been saved in each of those examples?"
- The Chief Minister will table an answer to the following question asked by Deputy S.Y. Mézec of St. Helier –
"Could the Chief Minister, in his capacity as chairman of the States Employment Board, provide a breakdown of the number of civil servants employed on the pay grades between 12 to 15 and would he provide figures showing how many of each of those categories are employed by which departments?"

Will she further explain how the lower threshold applies to the earnings of those on variable earnings attached to a zero hours contract on the minimum wage and state whether there is a minimum number of hours that such an employee must work in order to retain the right to claim short term incapacity allowance (STIA)?"
